The salon could not offer its treatments and nail art services during the pandemic due to the lockdown. However, they still could push the sale of their nail products online. This provided them with an opportunity to run their business during the pandemic by running an e-commerce store through which customers could buy their products online.

The website helped the business attract customers, and the easy navigation compelled the visitors to convert.
